vless-tun Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the vless-tun mobile application provided by Relux Works LLC (Relux Works, we, us, or our).
By downloading, installing, or using vless-tun, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App Does
vless-tun is a client application that helps you configure and run a VLESS-based VPN tunnel on your device. The app may also let you inspect connection state and run limited network diagnostics.
vless-tun does not itself sell or provide the upstream VPN subscription unless we explicitly say so in writing. You are responsible for obtaining lawful access to any server, subscription, or credentials that you use with the app.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, Relux Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal or internal business use on devices you control.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where applicable law expressly permits it
- use the app to violate law, regulation, sanctions, or third-party rights
- use the app to interfere with networks, services, or other users
- redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except with our written permission
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and legality of the subscription URLs, VLESS links, and server settings you import into the app
- keeping your credentials, subscription links, and device secure
- reviewing and accepting the terms of your VPN or subscription provider
- complying with the laws that apply to VPN use in your jurisdiction
4. Third-Party Services
The app may interact with third-party services that you choose to use, including:
- VPN and subscription providers
- DNS resolvers and network operators
- optional diagnostic endpoints used to display egress IP information
We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices.
5. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app at any time. We may also release updates, patches, or compatibility fixes, and some features may stop working if you do not install updates.
6. No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:
- the app will be error-free
- the tunnel will always connect
- your traffic will always be routed through a particular jurisdiction
- the app will meet any compliance, anonymity, or security requirement you may have
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relux Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the app.
If the law does not allow a complete limitation, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Relux Works LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the Last updated date. Your continued use of the app after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
