Relux Works LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds software products that respect your privacy by design. We do not collect personal data automatically, we do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not automatically collect any personal information, device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, or behavioral data. Our products do not contain third-party advertising or tracking frameworks.

Data You Provide

Our products do not require account registration. Any data you enter into our applications (such as notes, settings, or preferences) is stored locally on your device unless a specific product feature explicitly requires server-side storage for functionality such as synchronization between devices. Where server-side storage is used, it is clearly disclosed within the product and requires your explicit action to enable.

Optional Telemetry

Some of our products may offer an optional, opt-in telemetry feature. If you choose to enable it, we collect anonymized, non-personally-identifiable usage data solely to improve product quality. This data cannot be traced back to you. Telemetry is always disabled by default and can be turned off at any time in the product settings.

Third-Party Services

Our products do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. If a specific product relies on a third-party service for core functionality (such as a cloud provider for data synchronization), this will be clearly disclosed within that product.

Data Storage and Security

Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device’s built-in security mechanisms. Where server-side storage is used, we apply industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data.

Children’s Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data by default, there is typically nothing to delete or export. If you have enabled optional features that involve server-side storage, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@relux.works.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our products or website. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
